Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We do our best to ensure that our biscuits are packed as securely as possible.  However, we cannot control how the shipping carrier handles our packages.  If damage by the shipping carrier happens, please contact us ASAP so we evaluate the situation.
